ADDICTION CARE & CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Better care.
Stronger teams.
Lasting possibility.

I’m Christopher Smith, MSW, LAADC. I bring compassionate addiction care, clinical leadership, and practical recovery support together—and I’m developing a private counseling practice in Northern California.

A human approach.
A systems mindset.

Master of Social Work · LAADCACSW registration pending issuance in California.

Good care depends on what happens in the room—and on the systems supporting it.

My work brings those two perspectives together. I have more than a decade of experience across county behavioral health, residential treatment, outpatient programs, and community healthcare.

My experience spans counseling, care coordination, counselor development, documentation quality, and program operations. I help translate complex requirements into practical workflows while keeping the person receiving care at the center.

I earned my Master of Social Work in February 2026. My professional focus continues to grow at the intersection of addiction treatment, social work, and integrated care.
